Non-Payment Policy: If a user accumulates 3 consecutive unpaid monthly invoices, their account will be automatically suspended. Notifications: Automatic reminders will be sent during each month of non-payment, indicating the debt status and consequences. After the second unpaid invoice, the user will receive a clear notification stating that the account will be suspended if payment is not made for the third month. Service Suspension: Once suspended, the user loses access to services and resources, although data and settings are temporarily retained. Access will only be restored upon full payment of outstanding invoices. Data Retention: Data and resources are retained for up to 30 days after suspension. If payment is not made within this period, donnzap.com reserves the right to permanently delete the data. Reactivation: The user can reactivate their account by paying all outstanding invoices.
