Service Suspension: Once suspended, the user loses access to services and resources, although data and settings are temporarily retained.
Access will only be restored upon full payment of outstanding invoices.
Data Retention: Data and resources are retained for up to 30 days after suspension.
If payment is not made within this period, donnzap.com reserves the right to permanently delete the data.
Reactivation: The user can reactivate their account by paying all outstanding invoices.
Reactivation may take up to 24 hours after payment.
